President Obama Guilty Failure To Protect Arizona Citizens

The duty of our elected president, congress members and state representatives is to serve, protect and defend the citizens of our nation under the laws given to them by the peoples constitution and bill of rights. If you're in America illegally; you're not an immigrant, you are a criminal breaking our laws.

A mandatory recall election should be called over President Obama and the U.S. Congress failure to honor their oath to serve, protect and defend American citizens from foreign illegal terrorists crossing our border with the intent to cause harm, human enslavement, drug trafficking and death to our citizens.

As our Commander in Chief, President Obama and congress members took an oath to serve, protect and defend the citizens of America. President Obama; after hearing that Arizona State Governor Jan Brewer issued a state of emergency concerning its border with Mexico and illegal nationals, was required by law to issue an executive order sending National Guard units to secure the state's border.

Arizona State Governor Jan Brewer signed into law a state bill allowing police to detain persons not in this country legally, it mirrors federal law concurring foreign illegals. President Obama appeared on national television denouncing the state governor's actions and Arizona citizens calling for the new law and it's enforcement. The president as commander in chief of the United States, has the duty and is under oath to protect and defend U.S. citizens from foreign nationals regardless of the issue or politics.

One of President Obama's first actions in office was to send a team of civil rights attorneys to investigate Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio to see if they could find any wrong doings in his job performance that could bring about federal charges against the state sheriff as reported by himself on Fox News. President Obama, we all know, seen fit to appear on national television injecting himself into a local state police department arrest of his personal friend by saying the police were "acting stupidly," Obama included he did not know all the facts. These actions by Obama show his misguided intent, disrespect and prejudice towards people that are doing their jobs in good faith to the best of their ability.

Racial profiling started with American Indians as did Jim Crow Laws. What Arizona is doing with this new state law covering illegal aliens is not even close to racial profiling. Arizona is enforcing federal law, Obama needs to get an education on the issue and start governing America as our president should. President Obama's words and manner in handling Arizona's illegal aliens crisis is un-presidential. President Obama is coming off sounding like he is for illegal aliens and against Arizona citizens trying to deal with the issue.

President Obama in trying to play civil rights leader has set the stage for Arizona's economy to be severely impacted over his misguided and uncalled for words on this issue. As our president, Obama has the authority to secure Arizona's border with Mexico, by choice he has not. Instead, Obama is playing politics with a highly explosive national issue again, and only U.S. citizens will suffer for his actions as he's playing it out in the national media.

President Obama's handling of Arizona's illegal alien issue has only succeeded in dividing Americans against each other while he allows the illegal alien issue to run amuck under his leadership.

President Obama has chose to politicize and debate the U.S. border security issues between himself and congress while American citizens are being terrorized and killed daily. Our federal government states it has sole authority to enforce laws pertaining to our nations borders and illegals crossing them. For decades presidents and elected representatives of congress have failed to enforce federal laws covering this issue. Americans are demanding that their federal elected representatives enforce its' border laws covering illegal nationals and if necessary amend them insuring they will protect the citizens of this nation.

The state of Arizona alone is under siege with over 500,000 illegal nationals creating a unsustainable financial burden on legal residents of the state. Reports state drug cartels operating from Mexico are crossing the U.S. border forcing citizens of Arizona to deliver their drugs throughout the state and the nation or be killed. Federal officials have full knowledge of this drug cartel tactic and still continue to prosecute American citizens caught up in this nightmare by taking their homes and property, throwing moms and dads into prison forcing their children into foster homes. Congress must honor its oath to the American people and order a review of all state and Federal Justice Department cases pertaining to this injustice against American citizens for its failure to serve protect and secure our borders.

I could not list in this report all the inhuman crimes being committed against Americans and their family members daily across this country from illegal nationals. By President Obama and our congress not enforcing laws and powers vested to them covering illegal nationals operating in our nation during a state of emergency, they are in reality, sanctioning foreign terrorist criminal activities against American citizens.

I support calling for special federal election to include the office of president and congress for their failure to honor and obey their oath to the American people and that is to serve, protect and defend them.

The United States constitution states: ARTICLE IV. Sect. 4. The United States shall guarantee, to every State in this Union, a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion. Arizona with over five hundred thousand illegal nationals and more coming across its border daily constitutes an invasion of the state. When you add all states bordering Mexico and their illegal nationals, you have a severe national crisis. Yet, Obama and congress are still failing to honor their oath to American citizens.

Our federal government repeatedly tells us Al Qaeda terrorist cells could be infiltrating along with Mexicans into our country. With the patriot act in hand as President Obama is professing, law enforcement officials should not question a person if they are a citizen of this country because it would be racial profiling. As it stands, it seems the patriot act is only being used here in America against American citizens rights. Americans cannot leave this country legally without a visa or you will be arrested upon return to the states. Our federal government allows people from other countries once here, to have full American constitutional rights without proper documents stating who they really are or where they are from. Under those terms President Obama is encouraging criminals from foreign countries to migrate to America.

It's time for Americans to stand up and stop our federal government from passing laws that take away and restrict more of our freedoms while allowing illegal nationals to enter our homeland without proper documents and fear of legal ramifications being brought against them. As it is, everyone in the world knows our federal government does not enforce its immigration laws. An old Vietnam saying comes to mind, what in the hell are we fighting for? Now it's, who in the hell are we fighting for.

Obama California acting stupidly over Arizona illegal aliens

While Californians prepare to legalize marijuana smoking statewide (even though it's against federal law) are announcing they will not conduct business with Arizona and calling for a boycott of the state over its decision to enforce federal laws covering illegal aliens, gangs, kidnapping and human sex slave trafficking.

California officials are marijuana smoking mad about Arizona getting tough on illegal aliens crossing its border with Mexico. California's border with Mexico is fenced off thanks to Arizonans tax dollars support. California elected representatives are saying it is an outrage for Arizona to call for the enforcement of federal laws covering illegal aliens. There is no word yet if California will issue a recall of its overflow of illegal alien gang members housed in Arizona's prisons.

We are waiting to hear from California Governor Schwarzenegger whether he will be calling for a special marijuana smoking summit of state officials to see what other actions should be taken against Arizona.

Arizonans are saying (can't we all just get along.).

Arizona has over a half million illegal aliens. The city of Phoenix with a population of 1.5 million and a crime rate equal to New York City with a population of 8.3 million; illegal aliens cost Arizona citizens over 90 billion dollars a year with state government services being paid out for their support. Arizona shells out 3 million dollars plus per day to incarcerate illegal aliens. Arizona spends 850 million tax dollars or more a year to teach Mexicans to speak English. The list goes on and on but to the point, Arizonans are saying, hey we are as broke as California. With that information, Californians just cannot figure out why Arizonans are preparing for Alamo II.

President Obama has once again injected himself into another state issue reinforcing his famous words (they're acting stupidly) by calling for the U.S. Justice Department to investigate Arizona's actions as a civil rights issue, to determine if Arizona can enforce federal laws covering illegal aliens. President Obama assures Americans the millions of state and federal tax dollars spent in courts suing Arizona, will be well worth it politically for him and his future presidential library.

California is telling Arizona to legalize pot smoking to bring an end to their border drug smuggling problem and make a few extra billions in taxes. In addition, Arizona could make billions more from illegal aliens driving while under the influence of smoking marijuana. Don't worry about traffic deaths, millions of illegal aliens are on the way to replace them and they all have (Free Health Care wink-wink) thanks to President Obama.

California may consider cutting Arizona some slack if they legalize what Obama's old group Acorn started (with American tax dollars) and that is prostitution of illegal alien women and children. That would end Arizona being the sex slave trafficking capital of the world. It would also bring in a few billion dollars extra in taxes from Californian citizens being (re-authorized) back in Arizona state to conduct business,(wink-wink).

California with its history of becoming a state over a little thing called a holocaust against American Indians, and still fighting them every step of the way in state and federal courts from regaining their lands today, are taking the highest moral ground in telling Arizonans they are (bad people) for their actions against illegal aliens in their state.

President Obama with executive powers, a majority in the house and senate says he is powerless to take action. Until congress puts their head on the political chopping block, Obama will continue his nationwide tour on the tax payers dime, trashing Arizonans while assuring his place in American history as our greatest (Presidential Civil Rights Leader) standing up for illegal aliens in our nation; all the while trying to imprison American citizens defending themselves and their state with federal law in hand.

President Obama wants to make it (Perfectly Clear) that our nations' problem with illegal aliens rests solely on the shoulders of those (do nothing) republicans.

Attention American tax-paying citizens, wake up! Make your vote count this coming November and 2012. It's still your country until Japan and China issues President Obama and Congress a foreclosure notice on your bank account and our nation.

President Obama Impotent On U.S. - Mexico Border Issue

President Obama is impotent as are Congress members in standing up for American citizens when it comes to illegal immigrants. Drug gangs are running rampant, killing Americans that get in their way. Drug gangs involved in kidnapping and human sex slaves trade trafficking is out of control. This one issue is coasting American taxpayers billions plus the loss of human life each year congress fails to deal with the issue.

American cities and neighborhoods across our nation are under siege from illegal immigrants and drug gangs, civilian law enforcement cannot control our border problem by it's self. The failure of this federal government not to deploy our National Guard unites along our border goes to the heart of this issue and begs the question, why not.?

Obama; No jobs, is having difficulty comprehending what it will take to stop illegal aliens from inflicting terror on American citizens living on our border. President Obama has spent more time denouncing Fox News as a news organization, and the military don't ask - don't tell policy than he has with the out of control illegal immigrants issue.

Americans are fed-up with the Obama-Democrats in-your-face policies they want passed, while throwing Americans under the bus when it comes to the inhuman border problems with Mexico.

Americans are demanding President Obama and Congress stand up and take all necessary action to regain control of our nation's borders. There are more people being killed on our border with Mexico than in Afghanistan and Iraq altogether at this time.

Obama democrats are attending party fund-raisers at tens of 1000's of dollars per plate dinners, patting themselves on the back while tax payers are paying for those trips. All this, while American citizens are being ran over by drug gangs on the Mexican border areas and throughout our homeland.

American citizens on their own are preparing to act to save their families and communities. Our federal elected representatives are out of line in saying they may get around to the border problem issue sometime next year.

In making those kind of statements in the national media our elected President and Congress members are saying to Americans, their lives do not matter; it's not worthy of their precious time for what they really want to do while in office.

Our federal government's do-nothing policy toward illegal immigrants and drug gangs is destroying the fabric of our nation, America. All Americans watched as President Obama and Congress worked behind closed doors for months on the health care bill. Congress members were told they could not go home until, as Obama said, "get it done". Now, with a national issue where American citizens are being killed in our homeland, they turn their backs on us.

The last I knew, this is still our country. We have a "law" that says if you're here in the U.S. illegally you will be arrested. Forget racial profiling, forget political correctness, enforce the law! Case closed.

Enact and enforce a law requiring illegal immigrants to spend a mandatory first time three years in prison at hard labor within communities; therefore lessening the cost on American tax payers for having to deal with them in the first place.

Order the National Guard to the Mexican border with orders "shoot to kill" anyone crossing our border illegally that fails to halt after being ordered in Mexican and English language. That policy will eliminate drug trafficking and illegal's from crossing our border regardless of their race.

The vast majority of illegal immigrants coming into America today are going straight to our cities and urban areas taking jobs away from American tax payers and our nation's youth coming into the job markets. American tax payers are paying for millions of illegal immigrants health care plus their own. With the present federal government, "Free Trade Policy" Americans are waking up to the reality that millions of jobs have been sent overseas and are never coming back, there is no job safety net left for our citizens.

Native American reservations along the Mexican border are under siege by illegal immigrants and drug traffickers. The federal government has basically left Indian tribes to fend for themselves against illegal immigrants and drug gangs terrorizing their citizens day and night.

Time is quickly running out for our federally elected representatives to take the necessary actions needed to stop illegal immigrants from pouring into our nation. President Obama and Congress may want to govern as President Lincoln did during the Civil War and that was to save the Union at all cost. This time next year the body count of Americans killed by illegal aliens and drug gangs and all that comes under that heading, will be staggering. The American people are united when it comes to the illegal alien issue, it's time for our federal government to listen and start carrying out wishes of the people. "For the People, by the People"
